Please note the following example for scheduled gift cards
A gift card purchased at 5pm will send at 5pm on the scheduled day
- We kindly ask you redeem your voucher within a 36 month period.
- Expired vouchers cannot be refunded or extended
- Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. They are not transferable or refundable.
- If a voucher is used to confirm booking (instead of credit card details) and you cancel or are a no-show, that amount will be deducted from the original
- Please check your spam folder if you are unable to locate your gift card
